My name is Luke and I've had a passion for Kosciuszko and The Snowies for many years.

I first visited this area in 1997 when I drove from Brisbane to Jindabyne to experience snow for the first time, I was 19 years old. I stayed in the caravan park with two of my best mates and would hitch a ride up the mountain each day with a friend who was working as a lifty at Perisher.

That trip sparked a love for Kosciuszko. The snow, the crisp cold air, the mountains and rivers, waterfalls and wildlife. I knew I was destined to spend more time here.

Fast forward 20 years and I began a business named Adventure Photography. I became a certified Eco Pass holder allowing me to take photography tours into Kosciuszko National Park, guiding and teaching new photographers through this dramatic landscape.

Fast forward another 6 years to 2024 when I took the plunge and bought a block of land in the area, allowing me to visit Kosciuszko much more frequently and brining my kids along for the journey in the hope they will also develop a place in their hearts for this incredible part of Australia.
